Colours of jewellery

ORSKA jewellery is made mostly of brass. Brass is an alloy of copper and zinc, in varying proportions. Brass product are unique because they live and change along with their owners. A new brass product is light gold or graphite (if it was covered by oxide). With time, the colour of gold darkens and gains a noble depth. Oxide, in turn, becomes brighter, gaining a vintage character.

 

Jewellery matures along with its owner, depending on the lifestyle and the wearing style. Subtle changes of the colour of metal are the result of the natural evolution of jewellery, giving it an individual character.

How to care for your jewellery

We make every effort to ensure that our designs are durable, but jewellery is a delicate product, requiring appropriate use. It should be protected from mechanical damage, the influence of chemicals, contact with other metals and moisture. See tips on the use of jewellery, in the Care tab.

Warranty

ORSKA jewellery is covered by a two-year warranty, including repairs of hidden defects. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage and damage resulting from the misuse of jewellery. In addition, one free jewellery cleaning is available within the warranty period. Each subsequent cleaning costs 10% of the price of the jewellery.

Complaint procedure

In order to lodge a complaint, the jewellery along with the proof of purchase must be taken to one of ORSKA boutiques (addresses here).
